BMT stands for Body, Mind, and Talent*. What this means as a staffing company is that we recruit and hire the best people in the country who can represent you and your events/brands in those three areas.  The reason our clients and customers choose us over and over again is our commitment to finding the right people to represent our customer’s brands, products, and services in a way that far exceeds their expectations. The standards in our industry are being raised every day because we have taken the time to care enough not just about our customer’s needs, but also what we feel is possible in the world of event staffing.  Our goal is to pay the most competitive rates possible to get the best staff possible. We also believe in training these staff members not just to “do a job” or “complete a task” but to teach them standards around work ethic and excellence that will benefit them in the next job and the rest of their lives. One of BMT’s core values is “Leave things better than you found them”. This applies to everything we come in contact with. Every event space is cleaner than we found it, every client leaves feeling taken care of and listened to, and every staff member leaves feeling empowered and that their time was honored. BMT uses words like ownership, excellence, accountability, service, and care in everything that we do. Many companies throw these words up on plaques on a wall or a website and never looks at them again.  BMT management lives these to the best of our ability every day.

Vision

At BMT, we want to build and foster relationships, which last for many years. Our goal is to continually recruit and retain the best staff members throughout the country to work our events. It is never enough for us to find a person to “fill a hole”. We always keep our standards high and only send people that we are proud to have represent BMT, your events and your brands. As our company grows and we add people to our staffing and operations teams, we keep our focus on creating an environment and a culture that attracts the people that we feel serve our staff and clients best. As our systems grow and improve, we never lose sight of the fact that talking to one candidate at a time and finding out if they are the right fit for your event is what has made us a success.
