Matt B. Davis, El Presidente
Our founder and CEO came into the experiential world by accident when he went with a friend to a casting call for a Food Network promotion in 2001. Hundreds of events and promo t-shirts later, he decided to open BMT with a vision of what he thought was possible: higher standards, fun events, and giving staff an opportunity to learn and grow along with earning a paycheck. His goal is to continue to build BMT to be the best it can be and eventually recruit his replacement in the CEO chair. When he is not defending his Foursquare Mayorship of Little 5 Points, he enjoys watching documentaries on just about anything and spending time with his wife and 2 small children.

Micel Enriquez, Princess of Staffing
Micel Enriquez came to Atlanta a little over ten years ago from New York City. She’s been working promotions over the the past 2 years for Coca Cola, Bank of America, Comcast, several liqour clients and many more. Micel’s very first promotional job was with BMT Promotions and Talent. The friendliness, attention to detail, and dedication that she brought to that gig led her to a paid interneship in the BMT offices. Now she is able to bring her winning attitude "on the court or off". When Micel is not busy supporting the office manager or the staffing department at BMT, she can be found hunkered down over her books at the University of Georgia where she studies Public Relations. She is currently 75% and rising bilingual in spanish.

Anthony Wofford, Event Operations Manager
Anthony Wofford -- or “Tony Waffles”, as he’s affectionately known around BMT’s World Headquarters -- is both a gentleman AND a scholar. Anthony is BMT’s dedicated Event Operations Manager and can be relied upon to lead teams of 10 up to 100 for promos and conventions nationwide in a professional – yet curiously Zen like – manner. He is a smooth talker, a problem solver, and a fourth degree Green Belt; he’s the MacGyver of the Event scene and is in the running to earn the coveted “Most Interesting Man in the World” title. As a Julliard Drama graduate and San Antonio Spurs enthusiast, in his free time Anthony likes to combine his two passions and pantomime his way around the basketball courrt.
BMT Hall of Fame
Candace Williford, Staffing Department Pioneer
Candace Williford hails from the Washington DC area where she first started working promotions 8 years ago. It wasn’t until she moved to Atlanta, GA that she realized event marketing was something she wanted to do full time and became a part of the BMT family. If you can find Candace NOT smiling, it is a rare occasion. Her infectious smile is why clients and staff love her equally, and why she has earned herself a spot in the BMT All-Stars Hall of Fame. Along with her penchant for sweets, obsession with couponing, and insane fandom of the New Orleans’ Saints, Candace will most fondly be remembered for her trademark “Happy Dances”. Candace was given the proverbial "offer she could not refuse" by another marketing company, and so we wished her well. She still has an open invitation to all of our staff lunches and parties.
Kari Frea, "The OG OM"
Kari Frea, the lady who (literally) wrote the book on how BMT should be run, showed up to our headquarters as a young gal with a desire to bring her best and make things better. She left almost 2 years later having redefined how we do things. She blew us away with her attention to detail (and her baking), and she kept Audrey the Plant alive too. The last time we caught a glimpse of her was with helmet firmly strapped, and a bold new tattoo on her bicep. As she hopped on her bicycle to head to Austin, we waved her adieu but knew that “Good-bye” would not be forever.
